Methods of recovery.

Many different  methods of recovery are used throughout sports to ease pain and to allow sports players to recover quickly.
1. Cryo therapy- This is the practice of emersing part or all of the body in cold or icy water it works by reducing cellular metabolism chemical reactions in muscles it also decreases inflamation and increases vascoconstriction the narrowing of blood vesseles.
2. Streching even streching can help warm and loosen your muscles before and after games.
3.Drinks salt replacement- It is important to keep the body hydrated but constantly drinking causes the body to wash the salts and minerals from the body it is important to replace salt some people recomend just putting more salt on meals.
4. Active recovery- active recovery is ussually a slow jog or running at 20% of what you would ussually do on the field.
5. Rest- Just resting is beneficial for the body down time is important you can't always run your body at 100%.
6. Massage- getting massages can help loosen your body and help with any aches and pains.
